Employability skills are an incredibly important element of our overall services helping individuals move out of poverty into self-sufficiency. The Employability Skills Program curriculum is up-to-date, easy to facilitate and has a comprehensive inventory of necessary soft skills needed to be successful in the workplace. The upcoming online training will be particularly important in our current economic environment, allowing Workforce Resource Inc. to continue to focus on the essential soft skills while navigating the challenges of online job searching. We utilize the Employability Skills Program in all of our workforce programs and have found our customers benefit greatly from the curriculum.
