Heavy Duty Patio Cleaner for Porcelain & Paving TT Paving Solutions Clean-It Heavy Duty Patio Cleaner is a high-alkaline, professional grade cleaning solution designed to remove the toughest dirt build-up, grime and grease — ideal for renovating old, tired patios and heavily soiled outdoor tiled areas. It’s suitable for a wide range of external hard surfaces including outdoor porcelain, slate, cementitious paving, quarry tiles, ceramics, and unpolished stone. Unlike general household cleaners, it’s formulated to deep clean textured and anti-slip porcelain that quickly becomes grimy outdoors. Why it works well as a patio cleaner High-alkaline formulation targets heavy contamination and embedded grime Dilute to match the contamination level (deep clean vs refresh) Biodegradable cleaner for a more responsible clean Coverage & dilution Deep cleaning & degreasing: dilute 1:5 – approx. 15m² coverage Tile / grout refresh: dilute 1:10 – approx. 30m² coverage How to use (patio cleaning) Manual method (mop/brush & bucket): Depending on the level of soiling, dilute to the correct dilution rates with either hot or cold clean water. Sweep or use our Ventosa vacuum on the area to remove loose soils and debris. Apply the cleaner to the surface and leave to act for 3 minutes, do not allow the product to dry into the surface. Agitate the product into the surface using the TT Macchia machine or deck brush. Once the desired result is achieved, extract all soils with clean water using our Ventosa vacuum or mop and bucket, and use cloths to remove any leftover residue. Repeat the process on extremely dirty surfaces. Rinse well with fresh clean water to ensure all residue is removed and again use our Ventosa vacuum, sponges, or cloths. Use with 1 cap of Clean-It PH neutral cleaning solution, to 5ltr of fresh clean water – this will dry streak-free, no need to rinse. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in damage to the surface depending on the level of soiling. Fast professional method (recommended): For maximum results on heavily soiled patios, use in combination with Macchia to work the cleaner into the surface and Ventosa to rinse and vacuum residues for a faster, deeper clean.
